We’ll also feature audio-visual presentations. Click on Agenda and Details for full information.
Your registration includes access to the event and restaurant as well as a continental-style breakfast, a three course lunch, and an optional cash bar happy hour at the event’s conclusion. Lunch at the midpoint of the conference. We’ll start with a selection of appetizers served family style so that you can interact with the folks at your table. We’ll offer several main courses you can choose from, based on the Mar Vista’s famous panoply of chef-inspired dishes. And if you still have room there will be dessert options as well!
OPTIONAL FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4 ROAD DIET WALKING TOUR
As part of your registration you’ll also be invited to a Friday evening (October 4) walking tour of the infamous Venice Boulevard road diet. The tour will be led by experts from Keep The U.S. Moving and will include opportunities to speak with local business owners, residents, and community representatives about their experiences with the road diet and it impacts on the community.
We are thrilled that the fabulous Mar Vista Restaurant in West Los Angeles will be hosting Keep The U.S. Moving 2019. An anchor in the vibrant Mar Vista neighborhood, the restaurant features fresh, eclectic California fare. The Mar Vista is a chef-driven, food-first experience featuring farmers market ingredients, weekend brunch, happy hour, rare-label wines, and craft beer. It’s a quintessential L.A. spot that’s been a hit with locals and out-of-towners for years.
Mar Vista is located approximately seven miles from Los Angeles International Airport. We recommend a ride share or taxicab.
